The City Library and the Public Library - Anna Seghers, are separated physically but operate under the same management. Their resources, aims and functions are distinguished and compliment each other.
Together they form a productive and efficient library system that guarantees all citizens a comprehensive supply of literature and information, regardless of whether they want
