Brockhaus - The world of knowledge at a click
With the Brockhaus Encyclopedia, the youth and children's encyclopedia, you have access to the most comprehensive editorially supervised lexical inventory in the German-speaking world. All information is 100 percent citable and therefore ideally suited for preparing presentations, reports, and academic papers.
Brockhaus Schüler Training offers children and young people a contemporary e-learning program. The online course "Sicher im Web für Jugendliche" (Safe on the Web for Young People) helps digital natives find and evaluate the right information online.
The knowledge portal "Klima der Welt" (Climate of the World) contains comprehensive information about the climate, presented in a simple and understandable way.

Filmfriend - Feature films, series and documentaries
Filmfriend offers you free access to feature films, series, and documentaries for adults and children. The service can be used via a web browser, an app (Android or iOS), or on TV sets. You need a valid library card from the public library.
Freegal Music+offers music streaming and downloadsfree of charge and without advertising. Here you will find over 18 million songs from all genres by well-known artists. Thelatest releases, music legends from pop, rock, jazz, classical, country, children's songs, soundtracks, K-pop, captivatingaudiobooks and radio plays, and much more! OverDrive Rheinland-Pfalz - English-language eBooks and audiobooks
OverDrive Rhineland-Palatinate offers you a selection of English-language eBooks, audiobooks, and foreign-language magazines for loan and works in much the same way as Onleihe Rhineland-Palatinate.
Here's how it works:
Download the free Libby app from OverDrive in the App Store (opens in a new tab) or Google Play, or visit rlp.overdrive.com or libbyapp.com in your web browser.
Under "Sign In," first select your home library and then log in with the number and password of your valid library card.
Search using the search field or browse through the topics and collections.
Borrow the desired eBook or audiobook. It will be returned automatically when the loan period expires. You can also return all borrowed media early!
You can read on different devices: your loans, notes, bookmarks, and reading progress are synchronized across all devices.
eBooks and audiobooks can also be read or streamed offline.

You can access the digital media via our online (opens in a new tab)catalog (opens in a new tab) or directly via the Onleihe Rheinland-Pfalz website. eLearning are digital learning courses that you can take for your personal and professional development via your Onleihe. The courses can be accessed online via your internet browser or the app, are always available, and do not count toward your borrowing quota.
