Permits for certain types of facilities or facilities of a certain size can be granted in a simplified procedure. In these cases, the procedure is carried out without public participation.

You will receive a permit if you fulfill the obligations under the Federal Immission Control Act and no other public law regulations prevent the project from going ahead.

The legal basis specifies the cases in which a simplified approval procedure is possible.

The costs for official fees are based on No. 4.2.2.2 of the appendix to the state fee regulation "State Ordinance on Fees in the Field of Environmental Law (Special Fee Schedule)".
