You must apply to the competent authority for approval before constructing and operating the facility.

The competent authority will decide on your permit application within 7 months of receiving the application and the required documents. The competent authority may extend the deadline by three months at a time if this is necessary due to the complexity of the review or for reasons for which you, as the applicant, are responsible .
