Ordering plans
Indicate whether you would like to order the desired development plan as a black-and-white copy or as a color plot, and decide whether you would like to order the respective plan and/or the textual specifications.
Color plots are only available for development plans that are available in digital form at the City Planning Office. Plans that are available in digital form are those that you can call up as detailed plans in this application and that are marked accordingly in the overview of all legally binding development plans. Since development plans are now produced digitally and in color, the readability of the black-and-white version may be limited.
Prices
The price for both types of plan issue depends on the plan size and the number of pages of the textual specifications.
The price for a black-and-white blueprint, including packaging and shipping, is approximately €10 per m², and for a color plot available from the city planning office, including packaging and shipping, approximately €28 per m².
You can also pick up the plans in person during normal office hours. In this case, please contact the plan room/blueprint room of the 60 Building Authority, telephone (06131) 12-3034.
If you have any questions about the content of development plans, please contact the relevant planning departments of the 61 City Planning Office. To do so, click on the "Services" button on the homepage of the City Planning Office (www.mainz.de/stadtplanungsamt) and then select the "Development Plan" entry. You can then use the department link to display the details of the responsible employees.

- Plan number
- Plan title
- Type: b/w copy, color copy, or textual determination
