In addition to the postal and visitor address, the city hall has a separate delivery address:

When placing orders for delivery to the town hall, please indicate this delivery address separately in the text.
What do the details of the town hall offices (Kaiserstraße) in the header sheet look like?

How do I deal with formatting problems in Word documents and Word templates?
Letterhead: Top margin of the second page too large If the top margin in your document template is too large, you can change it as follows: File >> Page Setup >> Margins >> Margins >> Top = 2.5 cm (may be incorrectly set to 4.7 cm in dot files).
Where can I find the generator for the e-mail signature?
You can find the generator for the email signature on the KDZ website: KDZ instructions (opens in a new tab). The signature is inserted in the font "Lucida Sans Unicode" in font size 10.
When setting up your email signature, please ensure that addresses and telephone numbers are spelled correctly (see also Typography GuidePDF-File360,43 kB).

The text in emails, on the other hand, is written in "Default Sans Serif" font size 10.
Stamps for incoming mail, factual and accounting notes, and similar items bearing the lettering "Stadtverwaltung Mainz" (Mainz City Administration) remain valid and do not need to be replaced.
Stamps bearing the name "Stadt Mainz" (City of Mainz), official names, etc. should be replaced step by step with a new template. Information on this can be found here.
