The Board of Directors

A company that has taken on sovereign tasks, run like a private company: anyone who thinks this smacks of arbitrary fees is sorely mistaken. As a public-law institution, we are no longer dependent on municipal budget planning and can therefore operate more freely as a business, but firstly, we are inherently frugal and tend to tighten our belts when it comes to spending. And secondly, our administrative board would still have a say in the matter. This board consists mainly of members of the city council, which means that public-law control is guaranteed 100 percent.
