Senior citizens' magazine conSens

Logo of the seniors' magazine conSens

The senior citizens' magazine conSens is published by the Social Affairs Department of the City of Mainz. In addition to providing information about services offered by the City of Mainz, the magazine focuses on intergenerational dialogue and consensus. The 25-member volunteer editorial team draws on experiences, encounters, and interests from their own everyday lives when selecting topics, thus creating a close connection to the lives of their readers.

The editorial meetings are open to anyone interested, but prior registration is requested.

The magazine is published four times a year and is available free of charge. It is available at locations including the city hall and town hall, local government offices, doctors' offices, and senior citizens' meeting places.
