Senior citizens' magazine conSens
The senior citizens’ magazine conSens is published by the Department of Social Affairs of the City of Mainz. In addition to providing information about services offered by the City of Mainz, the magazine focuses on intergenerational dialogue and consensus. The 25-member volunteer editorial team draws on their own everyday experiences, encounters, and interests when selecting topics, thereby creating a close connection to the readers’ lives.
Editorial meetings are open to anyone interested; advance registration is requested.
The magazine is published four times a year and is available free of charge. Distribution points include City Hall and the Stadthaus, local administrative offices, doctors’ offices, and senior centers.
