Many people feel apprehensive about dealing with government agencies and institutions. They often receive notices that are unclear to them, are dissatisfied, or find it difficult—or impossible—to navigate the “bureaucratic jungle.” For this reason, some cities and municipalities have established citizen advisory services that residents seeking assistance can turn to.

The State Government’s Citizens’ Office is a service for all citizens in Rhineland-Palatinate. You can find more information on this under “Forms, Information Sheets, Links.”
