• Ensure accessibility and mobility with as little impact on quality of life and living as possible.

• Ensure good accessibility to Mainz – especially the city center.
  
  
• Develop a balanced, differentiated, and networked transport concept to ensure accessibility and mobility for all road users and user groups.

• Integrate environmentally friendly modes of transport as effectively as possible.

• Pay particular attention to the needs of vulnerable road users, e.g., people with disabilities, children, and older people.

• Avoid unnecessary traffic flows.
