Mainzer Taubertsberg Bad and Mainzer Taubertsberg Spa
Sport, recreation, leisure fun and wellness come together at the Taubertsberg Bad in Mainz and the Taubertsberg Spa in Mainz. While the sports pool and wellness area are being modernized, the outdoor pool and air dome continue to invite visitors to swim.
Sanierung des Erlebnisbades und der Saunalandschaft
Seit Juni 2023 werden das Sportbad und der Wellnessbereich des Taubertsbergbades generalsaniert und modernisiert. Die Arbeiten werden voraussichtlich im Herbst 2026 abgeschlossen sein.
Ein Badebetrieb ist derzeit möglich, im Sommer hat das Freibad normal geöffnet und im Winter gibt es eine Traglufthalle. Auch werden weiterhin viele Kurse angeboten.
The sports pool offers ideal conditions for swimming training and swimming fun: the sports pool has a total of 8 25-meter lanes, 6 of which are marked with dividing lines. The large diving pool includes a 1-meter and 3-meter board and a 5-meter tower. There is also a non-swimmer pool for learning to swim.
The Taubertsberg Bad in Mainz was taken over by Mainzer Stadtbad GmbH at the beginning of 2018 in order to preserve the traditional swimming pool location above the main train station.
