Half-lane road closure on Münsterstraße
From Monday, July 27, through what is expected to be the end of 2026, Mainzer Netze will be carrying out civil engineering work in several phases on Münsterstraße and Neue Universitätsstraße to install new power lines.
The first construction phase is scheduled to be completed by August 14, 2026, and extends from the intersection with Walpodenstraße to Neue Universitätsstraße. One side of the roadway will be closed, and the parking lane will be closed. Motorized private vehicles and bicycles will be rerouted past the construction site.
This will not affect pedestrian traffic.
