The water playground in Hartenberg Park will remain closed until further notice
The water playground in Hartenberg Park will remain closed until further notice. To allow for additional necessary work, the area will be fenced off starting tomorrow, Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
This work is necessary to ensure water quality and to carry out repairs to the filtration system. The water playground can only reopen once the work is complete. The City of Mainz is working to keep the restrictions as brief as possible.
