pro familia is Germany's leading association for sexuality, relationships, and family planning. pro familia is independent of churches and political parties and is committed to equal rights for all people, the right to self-determined sexuality and family planning, diversity of lifestyles, and the prevention of violence.

We provide advice on pregnancy, contraception, sexuality, relationships, and family law. We advise girls and boys, women and men, individually, as couples, or with companions. We advise you regardless of your sexual orientation or identity. We advise people with disabilities. We offer sex education programs for young people, parents, educators, teachers, and multipliers. All counselors are bound to confidentiality, even towards relatives.

You can reach us in the mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (except Thursdays) and in the afternoons from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Counseling appointments can also be arranged outside of opening hours.
