For the burial of deceased persons, you can purchase the right to use a grave site for burial or urn burial in Mainz cemeteries, both in the event of a current death and as a precautionary measure.

The location of the grave is selected on site at the cemetery.

In the event of a recent death, the funeral home you have commissioned will apply for the right of use from the cemetery operator, Wirtschaftsbetrieb Mainz.

In the case of a prepaid grave, you can submit the application directly on site at the cemetery. You will then receive a notice from the cemetery administration regarding the respective fees.
