During the 2021 summer semester, students enrolled in the "Digital Methods in the Humanities and Cultural Studies" program at Mainz universities worked on a project led by Dr. Monika Barget to process and digitally edit selected birth certificates from the 17th and 18th centuries from the Mainz City Archives' collection of approximately 2,000 documents.
