LeAn vacancy and relocation management platform for the entire city area
With the vacancy and settlement platform (LeAn), we bring owners and brokers together with interested potential users such as start-ups, retailers, cultural professionals, or restaurateurs in a tailored manner.
What LeAn offers
- Vacancy reporter: Owners and brokers can easily report and make visible their vacant or soon-to-be-vacant spaces digitally. Report your space directly on LeAn—you will find the link to the vacancy reporter under Further information.
- Request reporter: Entrepreneurs, founders, and initiatives can post their space requests – we will then provide support with targeted mediation. You can also submit your relocation request on LeAn. You will find the link to the request reporter below under Further information.
This enables the economic development agency to identify suitable new uses at an early stage and avoid vacancies. The data is not freely accessible, but is processed exclusively by the economic development agency's employees and is not published.
