Architecture, parks and gardens: Bernhard-Räder Winery and Guest House, Flomborn

A wonderful Rheinhessen landscape garden awaits visitors to the Bernhard-Räder Winery and Guesthouse in Flomborn. The former kitchen garden has been transformed into Rheinhessen’s first Bach Flower garden. The estate itself is a stately manor house that was adorned with stucco ceilings and Art Nouveau elements in 1907 and has recently undergone an extensive renovation.

“Here you’ll find everything in one place: a well-maintained and welcoming atmosphere, imaginative interior design, a fantastic wine cellar with wine sales, cozy guest rooms, and park-like gardens,” stated the jury, which awarded the winery the prize in the “Architecture, Parks, and Gardens” category. The concept is authentic and compelling.
