This year's award for art and culture goes to the Wilmshof Winery in Selzen. In addition to its commitment to viticulture and a comprehensive range of wine and food offerings, the Wilmshof Winery, which has been family-run for generations, is particularly impressive for its motto "Wine is art," which is lived out in every aspect of its operations.
The unusual wine shop and the artworks showcase the creative flair of art lecturer and master winemaker Tobias Mohr: mesh boxes converted into wine racks give the room a very unusual, new aesthetic.
