The jury awarded the Vis à Vis restaurant in Osthofen with an award in the wine gastronomy category for its successful blend of sophisticated, regionally inspired cuisine, a comprehensive wine list with a focus on Rheinhessen wines, and the tasteful redesign of the cow chapel of a former wine trading house with a courtyard. In addition to wines from its own Spieß winery, the menu also features products from other award-winning and friendly wineries.
