CITY CYCLING: Awards Ceremony as Part of European Mobility Week

As part of European Mobility Week, this year’s CITY CYCLING awards ceremony will take place on September 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the “Kakadu Bar” at the Staatstheater (Gutenbergplatz 3-5, 55116 Mainz). During the event, certificates and prizes will be awarded to the winners of the individual, school, and team categories of the STADTRADELN competition. The awards will be presented by Janina Steinkrüger, Commissioner for Mobility and the Environment.

A raffle with great prizes and a movie night hosted by the International Cycling Film Festival

In addition to the announced winners, guests in attendance can participate in a raffle with attractive prizes—such as free tickets to the Capitol Kino. As part of the program surrounding the awards ceremony, the city invites you to a moderated film night: The International Cycling Film Festival from Herne will screen a selection of must-see short films centered on the theme of bicycles.

Advance registration at fahrradstadt.mainzde is requested but not required for participation—drop-in visitors are welcome as long as space is available.
