The aim and purpose of BSG Mainz is to provide sports coaching for disabled and impaired individuals in order to maintain and improve their health and working capacity as a means of exercise, rehabilitation, and prevention.

• Department I: Swimming and water gymnastics, rebound and sitting ball, back exercises, gymnastics and games, active against osteoporosis
• Department II: Rehabilitation sports, swimming, bowling, gymnastics and games for mentally disabled children, adolescents, and adults
• Senior sports group, coordination training

At BSG MAINZ, people who enjoy sports but want to avoid the potentially high demands of traditional sports clubs are always welcome.
