"Die Kleinen Strolche" is a "somewhat different kindergarten": our children experience age-appropriate support in a family environment, are allowed to discover freedom, but also learn their limits. The "Strolche children" are encouraged to have a say and participate, learn to be tolerant of others, but also to accept themselves and take personal responsibility. The children learn to work together in a group, but also learn to assert themselves.

We place great importance on our children resolving conflicts non-violently on their own. Because of the small group size, our caregivers know the preferences, strengths, and weaknesses of our children particularly well and intervene to support, accompany, or challenge them as needed.
