The Lyra Mainz-Ebersheim/Lörzweiler Music Association consists of a large wind orchestra with approximately 45 musicians and a youth section. Thanks to its excellent traditional and modern wind music, the music association has made a name for itself beyond the borders of its two home communities.

The "large orchestra" participates in community celebrations (Kerb, wine festival, club anniversaries), church celebrations, and carnival events. In addition, the association gives an annual concert featuring sophisticated classical and modern symphonic wind music. Concert tours take place regularly both domestically and abroad.
