The Rheinhessische Salonorchester is a mixed amateur orchestra currently comprising 18 musicians of all ages. Its musical focus is on light music ranging from baroque to pop. Under professional direction, the joy of making music is combined with work on sophisticated musical expression.

The orchestra rehearses on Tuesdays between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. in the St. Joseph parish hall in Mainz-Neustadt.

We welcome enthusiastic new players, especially to strengthen the string section.
