Die neue Broschüre "Einfacher als gedacht! Inklusion als Chance für Unternehmen" (Download unter "Weitere Informationen") zeigt praxisnah, wie Betriebe in Mainz und Rheinhessen von einer inklusiven Unternehmenskultur profitieren können. Sie bietet leicht verständliche Informationen, konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen sowie zahlreiche regionale Ansprechpartner und Unterstützungsangebote.
Von häufig gestellten Fragen über authentische Stellenausschreibungen bis hin zu Beispielen aus der Praxis – die Broschüre vermittelt kompaktes Grundlagenwissen für alle, die Inklusion im eigenen Unternehmen fördern möchten. Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch Hinweise zu Fördermöglichkeiten, Beratungsstellen und Netzwerken in der Region.
Damit liefert die Publikation einen umfassenden Wegweiser für Arbeitgebende, die Inklusion als Chance zur Fachkräftesicherung, zur Stärkung der Unternehmenskultur und zur nachhaltigen Personalentwicklung begreifen.

- Networking: We bring the needs of Mainz-based companies to specialist networks such as "Netzwerk Rheinhessen qualifiziert" (Rheinhessen Qualification Network), "Netzwerk Arbeitsmarkt und Integration" (Labor Market and Integration Network), and "International Career Service Rhein-Main" (Rhine-Main International Career Service).
- Information events: We regularly organize events on relevant topics such as securing international skilled workers, balancing work and family/care responsibilities, recruiting strategies, and diversity and inclusion.
- Workshops: We regularly offer workshops on various topics such as social media recruiting.
- Match-making events: We bring you directly together with suitable talent in entertaining formats such as "Karriere in der Region" (Careers in the Region) or the "Internationale Jobbörse" (International Job Exchange).
- Career orientation: We develop and promote formats to improve the transition from school to work.
