Awarding contracts for landscaping work and tree inspections on municipal land as well as in kindergartens and schools. In addition to awarding contracts for the maintenance of green spaces to external companies, the department also handles various special projects, e.g., on the use of display sensors for optimized tree care, funding applications for construction measures, or biodiversity. In addition to these mandatory tasks, the department coordinates the extensification of meadow areas and the replanting of large areas with geophytes.
