The Lower Water Authority is responsible for facility-related water protection and for natural third-order water bodies. We handle notifications, permits, and approvals for heating oil systems, industrial and commercial facilities, geothermal energy systems, and wells, among other things. We also monitor existing facilities and take action in the event of accidents that pose a threat to the environment.
