Driving license authority (driving license office)
The driving license authority issues, extends, rewrites and issues new driving licenses. It also issues international driving licenses and tachograph cards. It also carries out aptitude tests and withdraws driving licenses. It is only responsible for the city area of the state capital Mainz.
