The Prostitute Protection Act requires prostitution activities to be registered in advance with the competent authority. Registration must be done in person.

Persons who wish to work as prostitutes must undergo a health consultation before registering for the first time. The competent authority issues a registration certificate to the person subject to registration as proof of registration. This registration certificate can also be issued in anonymized form. The administrative services are subject to a fee.

Violations of the registration requirement may be punished accordingly by law.

• Completed application form (notification of prostitution activity in accordance with Section 3 of the Prostitute Protection Act)
• 1 biometric photo (not older than 6 months)
• Copy of an identity document
• Proof of health counseling in accordance with Section 10 of the Prostitute Protection Act
