What began as a thesis project in 2013 is now a well-established name in Mainz's brewing scene. The team led by Philip Vogel and Leonidas Lazaridis is constantly creating new varieties with great passion. In addition to the main varieties—Eulchen Helles, Pils, and Märzen—there are also seasonal specials and unusual creations.

Guests can sample this variety during a visit. Small snacks and pizza are served to accompany the beer. Eulchen brewer's yeast and fresh, regional ingredients ensure a truly enjoyable experience. Anyone who would like to take a look behind the scenes can do so by booking one of the brewery tours on offer in advance.

During the summer months, the brewery garden is an additional attraction:
the beer benches under the plane trees invite you to enjoy the after-work
