Anyone born in 2011 or earlier is eligible to participate. Minors must bring a signed parental consent form on the day of the event and submit it when picking up their race number.

Registration confirmation: Upon completing the online registration process, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please review your registration details. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information.

Changes/Re-registration: You can change your registration details or re-register free of charge via the change link until June 10, 2026. You will find the link for changes/re-registration in your registration confirmation. 

Registration deadline: June 21, 2026, 8:00 a.m., provided the participation limit of 1,000 runners has not been reached by then. Please check the registration platform in advance.

Please note that for logistical reasons, you will only receive a personalized race number if you register by June 10, 2026. After that, you will receive a race number without your name.

Please note: The race number is personal. It may not be altered or transferred to another person.

Timing is done electronically via a chip in the race number. The race number must be clearly attached to the front of the upper body (at chest level or below the chest). The chip must not be bent or separated from the race number.

The awards ceremony will take place immediately after the race. The top three finishers in both the women’s and men’s divisions will receive prizes. There will be no age-group rankings.

On race day, you can view all the results and print out your digital certificate with your name and race time.

Parking is available in the City Hall underground garage, the Rheinufer parking garage, the Löhrstraße parking garage, the Hilton parking garage, and the Brand parking garage (each for a fee; limited spaces available).

As in previous years, there are no shower facilities. There are also no drop-off points for gym bags and laundry bags. Restrooms are located in the start and finish areas.

Participation in the event must be conducted in accordance with Section 1 of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), which requires “constant caution and mutual consideration.” Accordingly, participants must conduct themselves in such a way that no one else is harmed, endangered, or hindered or inconvenienced more than is unavoidable under the circumstances.
