Enforcement Division
The department collects unpaid claims of the City of Mainz, with the exception of maintenance advance claims. It can use coercive measures. It also enforces claims from other public bodies within the scope of administrative assistance, for example the ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio contribution service.
