Local authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate can order election notifications for direct elections from the municipal data center of the state capital Mainz.
Election notification for individual direct elections with explanations
The election notification for individual direct elections must be requested if a direct election is held in a local authority on an election date.
The data in the purple fields is taken from the order form "Ordering election notifications for individual elections" and inserted by KDZ Mainz.
The data in the fields with red text is also entered by KDZ Mainz after the VOIS interface file has been provided by the respective municipality.
The template for the election notification has been agreed with the state election commissioner.

The election notification for combined direct elections must be requested if two direct elections are held simultaneously in a local authority on the same election date.
