authority on an election date. The data in the purple fields is taken from the order "Ordering election notifications for the election of the Advisory Council for Migration and Integration" and inserted by KDZ Mainz.

The data in the fields with red text is also inserted by KDZ Mainz after the VOIS interface file has been provided by the respective municipality.

Please note that a maximum of 120 characters may be entered as free text in the order form under "Additional election text" and will be printed accordingly.

Since the selection file generated via VOIS must always have the same structural layout and format for further processing in the context of printing and enveloping, you must always select the option "Print data without separate control file (WB-A)" as the export format in VOIS. Only in this format can we process the selection data you have prepared.
