Payroll

P&I LOGA's payroll accounting function can be used to calculate salaries, wages, remuneration, and pension payments. Among other things, P&I LOGA offers automatic wage calculation for all wage scales in the private and public sectors. Flexible parameter settings for adapting to special features in wage type control are possible, as are vacation management and sick leave administration.
Furthermore, data from upstream systems (e.g., time management and travel data from another system) can be taken into account. After payroll processing, the data is available for financial accounting in an interface file and can be posted automatically. Of course, the legally required data transfers (DEÜV, EEL, ELSTER, ELStAM) are carried out by KDZ Mainz, and the procedures provided by the pension and supplementary pension funds are also taken into account. The SEPA conversion has already been completed.

Staffing plan

The staffing plan module contains all the functions required for job management in accordance with public administration budgetary law. The application can be used to fill positions, block them, or add notes. The module maps the entire organizational structure. The assignment between employees and positions is flexible.

Personnel cost planning

The entire existing workforce is extrapolated for the planning period by using the current employee data to perform payroll accounting for all months of the planning period, which in many municipalities includes printing and sending the pay slips. Automatically determined pay scale increments are taken into account, as are entry and exit dates.

Time management

Another component of P&I LOGA is a comprehensive time management component with classic electronic attendance recording and evaluation, including the option of negative recording, access control, and personnel deployment planning.

Applicant management

With P&I's progressive applicant management system, it is possible to handle the entire recruitment process electronically, from job posting to job interviews.

HCM under P&I LOGA

The human capital management software P&I HCM is a web-based employee portal that supports human resources processes as part of management and employee self-service. This relieves the human resources department of the burden of application and approval procedures, personnel resource planning, personnel controlling, and applicant management.

Travel expense accounting

Travel expense accounting greatly simplifies the recording, accounting, and reimbursement of travel expenses. It takes into account income tax regulations for domestic and international business trips as well as federal and state travel expense regulations. The integrated solution allows monetary benefits to flow directly into payroll accounting. Travel expenses can be paid out with the monthly payroll.
