Please note:
For important administrative matters, we recommend calling the government hotline at 115 to check whether the local administration office is open as scheduled. Foreign citizens can
only register at the Citizens' Office, Kaiserstrasse 3-5.
If there is a high volume of visitors, the local administration office may close early.
Experience has shown that the local administration office is busiest on service afternoons. You can expect shorter waiting times on service mornings.

Information for wheelchair users: There is no wheelchair-accessible entrance. Events in the Barocksaal are accessible via a mobile ramp. ramp. Wheelchair users are requested to ring the bell. Your requests can be dealt with on the first floor. Please note: On the first floor, the issuing of a passport with electronic fingerprints and the identity card with electronic fingerprints is not possible on the ground floor. Please book an appointment online at one of the barrier-free locations. Only temporary ID cards without electronic fingerprints can be issued on the first floor. Please call us in advance.
