If you wish to submit your registration by mail:

• Write your application, e.g., using a sample template, and check that your information is complete.
• Then send the application by post or submit it in person to the relevant authority.

• The competent authority will process your application and, if necessary, forward it with comments to the local authorities (police, health department, regulatory authority); these authorities will provide feedback with possible indications of restrictive orders or dangers to public safety that may justify such orders or a ban.
• As a rule, a cooperation meeting takes place between the responsible authority/police and the organizers.
• Feedback from the authorities is reviewed separately and a decision is made on possible cooperation at the venue.
• A confirmation of notification is then issued and sent back to the applicant.
