Coordination office for scientists and researchers
The Scientific Coordination Office was established in 2019 to strengthen Mainz as a center of science and research. It works closely with Mainz-based research institutions and assists researchers with immigration-related matters. In addition to Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Mainz University Medical Center, and the Helmholtz Institute, the Max Planck Institutes for Polymer Research and Chemistry, as well as the Institute of Molecular Biology, are also affiliated with the office.
