If you work in the food sector, training in accordance with the Infection Protection Act is essential.

Violations of the training requirements can be punished with a fine of up to €25,000.

The training requirement applies to commercial activities, regardless of whether they are intended to generate profit.
This does not apply to one-off or occasional food service, for example at club parties.
