The colleagues in the Human Resources department are responsible, among other things, for handling job recruitment processes. They prepare overviews, coordinate appointments for occupational health examinations, and manage continuing education for registered employees. In addition, they handle all matters related to working hours and vacation time and serve as the point of contact with the main office. They are also the first point of contact for employees regarding HR questions. Furthermore, the department handles internal organizational matters, such as space planning and quality management for the agency.
